Are you a small business looking for a great opportunity and visibility? Come join us at Rodeo Austin! An iconic 16-day event held annually in March with more than 400,000 fairgoers, Rodeo Austin has fun for the whole family. The event offers Austin’s largest carnival, a nightly rodeo and concert series, delicious fair food and refreshments, livestock and animal displays, and so much more! Rodeo Austin offers opportunities for commercial vendors (indoor and outdoor), food vendors (trailers and food trucks) and mobile marketing activations.

Additional opportunities are available for BBQ Austin. More than just a rodeo or a bbq cook-off, Rodeo Austin is a not-for-profit that proudly gives back to the community in the form of youth giving and scholarships. Rules and application process coming soon!

15-Day Food Vendors

In a city known for delicious and unique food, Rodeo Austin welcomes vendors looking to showcase diverse menus. Only two vendors will be allowed to sell similar products.

Outdoor Vendors

Looking for prime outdoor real estate? Outdoor exhibits are customizable and strategically placed around the fairgrounds near popular features. Pricing varies based on size and location.

BBQ Austin

Commercial Vendors Only. BBQ Austin is a competitive BBQ Cook Off event that has over 30,000 visitors over a 2 day period. Commercial vendors will be part of a very selective group of vendors that have the option to capture a great customer base.

Kick Open the Chutes

Food Trucks Only. Start small with Rodeo Austin’s premiere party the night before the 15-day Fair & Rodeo opens its gates. The evening features live music on the Rodeo Arena dirt floor and draws around 1,500-2,000 people.
