Commercial Vendor Application

Rodeo Austin offers commercial vendors the opportunity to showcase their products in indoor shopping areas and as outdoor exhibits.  

-The Mezzanine is a prime location for commercial exhibitors with premium products. It is located in the Rodeo Arena where nightly performances are held. The exposure in this area is coveted, as the Mezzanine consists of more than 3,000 square feet of premier commercial exhibit space. Vendors in this area are able to showcase their product to nearly 65,000 rodeo fans. Mezzanine booths open an hour before the rodeo begins and remain open until after the concert is finished. Rodeo fans pay an additional ticket price to enter the rodeo arena, making this the ideal location for premium products.

-The Exhibit Hall is ahub of great indoor shopping located in the center of the fairgrounds. It is next to the Animal Science Center and the rodeo arena. Exhibit Hall vendors open shop with the fairgrounds, and all fairgoers enjoy access with the price of fairgrounds admission. Featuring 71 exhibits, this location showcases a diverse group of vendors. The Exhibit Hall is continuosly flowing with traffic as fairgoers explore the 20,000 square feet of shopping.

-Looking for prime real estate? Outdoor Exhibits are customizable to fit any marketing needs and are strategically placed around the fairgrounds near popular features.

Food Vendor Application

The prime location for fairgrounds dining, Chowtown is centrally located, and each vendor is carefully selected. Presentation and appearance are very important, and only the highest quality booths with exceptional food products are selected. Rodeo Austin limits the number of food vendors in Chowtown to a maximum of 19 booths. Only two vendors will be allowed to sell similar products.

Additional opportunities for food vendors are available on the northside of the fairgrounds.

Rotating Food Trucks Application

Rodeo Austin now features Rotating Food Trucks! Food trucks in the Austin area will now have the opportunity to choose how many days they would like to participate at Rodeo Austin. Location for the food trucks will be on the northside of the grounds and be conveniently placed next to shopping, Beer Garden, Wine Garden, Outdoor Stage and more!
