An iconic 15-day event held annually in March with more than 250,000 fairgoers, Rodeo Austin has fun for the whole family. The event offers Austin’s largest carnival, a nightly rodeo and concert series, delicious fair food and refreshments, livestock and animal displays, and so much more! Rodeo Austin offers opportunities for commercial exhibitors (indoor and outdoor), food vendors (trailers and food trucks) and mobile marketing activations.

More than just a rodeo or a bbq cook-off, Rodeo Austin is a not-for-profit that proudly gives back to the community in the form of youth giving and scholarships. Local Food Vendors up 9% from 2018
The General Store is a hub of indoor shopping located in the center of the fairgrounds, next to the Animal Science Center and the Rodeo Arena. Kidstown and the Beer & Wine Garden are conveniently located behind the building. General Store vendors open shop with the fairgrounds at 10 a.m., and all fairgoers enjoy access with the price of fairgrounds admission. Featuring 71 exhibits, this location showcases a diverse group of vendors. The General Store is continuously flowing with traffic as fairgoers explore the 20,000 square feet of shopping.

The Mezzanine is a prime location for commercial exhibitors with premium products. It is located in the Rodeo Arena where nightly ProRodeo and Concert performances are held. The exposure in this area is coveted, as the Mezzanine consists of more than 3,000 square feet of premier commercial exhibit space. Vendors in this area are able to showcase their product(s) to more than 80,000 rodeo fans. Mezzanine booths open an hour before the ProRodeo begins and remains open until after the concert is finished. Rodeo fans pay an additional ticket price to enter the Rodeo Arena, making this the ideal location for premium products.

15-Day Food Exhibitors
In a city known for delicious and unique food, Rodeo Austin welcomes exhibitors looking to showcase diverse menus. Only two vendors will be allowed to sell similar products. 15-day food exhibitors revenue share 20% with Rodeo Austin, with deposits ranging from $1,000–$10,000. Deposits are credited back to the exhibitor’s revenue share.
Calling all Food Trucks
Food trucks have the opportunity to participate for one to three days. Rodeo Austin is looking for food trucks with eclectic eats and non-traditional fare. Food trucks are strategically placed near the Beer & Wine Garden, Outdoor Stage and other family activities. A maximum of four rotating food trucks will be accepted per day.

Looking for prime outdoor real estate? Outdoor exhibits are customizable and strategically placed around the fairgrounds near popular features. Pricing varies based on size and location.
BBQ Austin Exhibitors
BBQ Austin is a competitive BBQ Cook Off event that has over 30,000 visitors over a 2 day period. You will be part of a very selective group of exhibitors that have the option to capture a great customer base. Check back soon for more 2021 details.
