Rodeo Austin Junior Leaders

The Rodeo Austin Junior Leader Program provides young men and women in 8th-12th grade with the opportunity to participate in workshops and events throughout the year to help develop leadership skills, teamwork skills, and purposefully participate in community service activities. This nine month program focuses on strengthening through cooperative learning events, team building activities, speakers presentations, projects, and more. Along with growth opportunities, Junior Leaders are afforded the opportunity to work alongside Rodeo Austin volunteers during the two-week Rodeo event. The application process includes an online or in-person interview, and there is not guaranteed acceptance into the program.

Applications for the Junior Leader Program are now open. The deadline to submit an application is August 30, 2024.
