TIME: 9:00am and 1:00pm flights

LOCATION: Reunion Ranch / 850 Co Rd 255 in Georgetown

The Shoot Out Sporting Clay Tournament is a fundraiser that supports Rodeo Austin’s mission of growing the next generation!

Event Details: Join Rodeo Austin for a day of competition fun with the tournament style sporting clay event. The event consists of 60 teams with 5 participants per team. An entry fee of $2,000 per team is collected at registration. Each participant will have the opportunity to hit 50 clay targets over a 5 station course. After the flight, teams can play side games, shoot mulligans, and participate in the flurry. Lunch for both flights will be at 11:30 a.m. An awards ceremony will take place after each flight.

Flights & Schedule: Teams choose to participate in either the morning or afternoon flight.

Participant Check In – 8:00 a.m. OR 11:00 a.m.

Safety Meeting – 8:45 a.m. OR 12:45 p.m.
Shoot Begins – 9:00 a.m. OR 1:00 p.m.
Meal and Morning Flight Awards – 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon Flight Awards – 3:30 p.m.

Side Games: Flurry, 5 Man Knockout, Mulligan, Closest to the Pin. Game ticket Packages are 1 for $20 or 6 for $100. Flurry is 3 tickets per person other games are 1 ticket per person.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each flight, as well as the winners of the flurry and side games.

Sponsor: Businesses have the opportunity to help Rodeo Austin by becoming a Sporting Clay Sponsor. Investments range from $2,500-$10,000. MORE INFO.

Supplies: Participants should bring a 12ga or 20ga shotgun. Ammo and eye/ear protection will be provided. Participants must use provided ammo, so please leave yours at home.
