BBQ Austin Cook Off Registration
BBQ Austin is a Champions Barbeque Alliance-sanctioned BBQ cook-off with teams from all over Texas coming to compete. Each team is competing for best BBQ and hosting the public to raise donations for the Rodeo Austin mission of growing the next generation of Texas kids. BBQ Austin features over 200 cooking teams, hosts 40,000 attendees, and gives out over $24,000 in cash and prizes to BBQ Teams.

Registration for 2025 is now OPEN!
Register your team above at the registration link. Rodeo Austin is sanctioned by Champions Barbeque Alliance and will abide by all CBA rules and regulations.
December 16, 2024 will be the last day to receive regular pricing for additional contests. These contests are non-refundable. Extended registration rates will start on December 17, 2024, and continue to the team registration deadline of January 13, 2025.
Teams who have not registered AND PAID IN FULL by the January 13, 2025, deadline will not be registered for the event. There are many important details regarding the competition which can be found in the BBQ Austin Team Handbook. Please read the complete handbook before registering for this event.
