Rodeo Austin 2024 will take place March 14-29, 2025.

The Fair & Rodeo is held annually each March, including ProRodeo & Concerts, carnival, fair, shopping, food and variety of special attractions.

At Rodeo Austin, rodeo-goers get to do things they can do nowhere else. Whether you want ProRodeo & Concert excitement, family fair fun, or action-packed Carnival adventure, this is the place to get it.

Our Fair & Rodeo, which features ProRodeo action, live music, a carnival and livestock show, takes place each March. Special events and fundraisers are also held in other months of the year.

Otherwise, tickets for special events, such as the Gala, may be on throughout different times of the year.

Rodeo Austin’s official ticket provider is AXS. Rodeo Austin is in no way affiliated with any other ticket provider and cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from sources other than AXS. In addition, Rodeo Austin cannot grant refunds for purchases made through any source other than AXS.

Your may purchase tickets for the following Rodeo Austin events online:

• Carnival Wristbands (Assorted Dates & Times)

• Reserved Seats for each ProRodeo & Concert (Assorted Dates & Times).

All of the above are also available for sale on-site, but we strongly suggest guests purchase their tickets in advance of arrival to avoid wait times at the entry gates.

Each ticket category has many options.

Generally, ProRodeo & Concert tickets range from $30-$65, Fairgrounds tickets range from $5-$10, Carnival Wristbands range from $25-$45 and Parking is $20.

Children 2 and under are free and do not require their own Fairgrounds and/or ProRodeo & Concert admission tickets.

BBQ Austin Admission: Grants access to all public tasting tents and other onsite vendors.

Kick Open the Chutes Concert Admission: Grants access to select behind-the-scenes areas of the Main Arena, including the arena floor.

Rodeo Austin Fairgrounds Admission: Grants access to our Fairgrounds so you can enjoy all the attractions, vendors and more that we have to offer!

Carnival Wristband: Carnival Wristbands only grant permission to ride Carnival rides on the day of redemption. It does not grant access to the Fairgrounds. You must purchase a Fairgrounds admission or ProRodeo & Concert ticket in addition to your Carnival Wristband to be granted access to the Fairgrounds.

Parking Ticket: Grants  one-time entry for one vehicle to our public parking lots. Should you leave the grounds, you will be required to purchase additional an additional parking ticket upon returning.

ProRodeo & Concert Ticket: Grants  access to our Fairgrounds, as well as the Main Arena for the ProRodeo & Concert performance. You do not need to purchase Fairgrounds admission if you have purchased a ProRodeo & Concert ticket.

Rodeo Austin’s Carnival is fun for the whole family! Rides and games can be purchased on an individual basis or Carnival Wristbands allow you to ride all day for one price!

Please note that promotional Carnival Wristbands, such as the Spring Break Wristband and After School Wristband, have both date and time restrictions on their use.

Rides and games generally range from $2 – $10 each, with most rides being $3 – $4 each.

Carnival Wristbands do not grant access to the Fairgrounds. You must purchase a Fairgrounds admission or ProRodeo & Concert ticket in addition to your Carnival Wristband to be granted access to the Fairgrounds.

Rodeo Austin offers accessible seating for our ProRodeos & Concerts. These spaces are located at entry level on our concourse, no stairs or elevator required. Foldable chairs, provided by Rodeo Austin, may be placed in these spaces for companions or those without a mobility device. When purchasing tickets online, these tickets are denoted as “Accessible”. Spaces are reserved and require the appropriate ticket. All patrons must have their own ticket.

Accessible parking is available for guests with the appropriate permit. Please have your permit available and visible for parking personnel upon arrival at Rodeo Austin.

Rodeo Austin can provide sign language interpretation for ProRodeo & Concert performances for guests with hearing impairments. Requests for this sign language interpretation must be received 72 hours prior to the event.
