What does my ticket purchase get me?
Fairgrounds – a Fairgrounds admission ticket grants you access to our Fairgrounds so you can enjoy all the shows and attractions we have to offer.
Rodeo & Concert – a ProRodeo & Concert ticket grants you access to our Fairgrounds, as well as the Main Arena for the ProRodeo & Concert performance. You do not need to purchase Fairgrounds admission if you have purchased a ProRodeo & Concert ticket.
Carnival – a Carnival Wristband purchase only grants you permission to ride carnival rides on the day of redemption. It does not grant you access to the Fairgrounds. You must purchase a Fairgrounds admission or ProRodeo & Concert ticket in addition to your Carnival Wristband to be granted access to the Fairgrounds.
BBQ Austin – a BBQ Austin ticket grants you access to all public tasting tents and other onsite vendors.
Kick Open the Chutes – a Kick Open the Chutes ticket grants you access to select behind-the-scenes areas of the main rodeo arena, including the arena floor.
Parking – a parking purchase grants you one-time entry for one vehicle to our public parking lots. Should you leave the grounds, patrons are required to purchase additional parking upon returning.
What about carnival rides?
The Rodeo Austin Carnival is fun for the whole family! Rides and games can be purchased on an individual basis or Unlimited Ride Wristbands allow you to ride all day for one price. Rides and games generally range from $2 – $10 each, with most rides being $3 – $4 each.
Guests must have a Fairgrounds or ProRodeo & Concert admission ticket to enter the Carnival area, but you do not have to purchase a Carnival Wristband to enter the Carnival area.
