Rodeo Austin is excited to announce a brand-new event, Bulls in the Ballpark! Come out to Dell Diamond November 13 & 14 for two nights of some of the toughest cowboys facing off against the rowdiest bulls. Rodeo Austin is excited to partner with Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment to bring real Texas grit to the ballpark!


The PRCA Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding will showcase 35 top bull riders each night competing for $20,000. Rodeo Austin fans will see and hear some familiar faces and voices. Wayne Brooks, award-winning announcer, will be at the mic. Justin Rumford, Rodeo Austin’s barrel man, will be bringing his specialty acts to the performances. Each night will also include fan favorite Mutton Bustin’ – young cowboys and cowgirls testing their skills and trying to hold onto a sheep for eight seconds!

Tickets and Pricing

Fans can purchase tickets to enjoy the bull riding event from the socially distant seating bowl. Tickets are available for purchase now priced at $20, $30, $40 or $50 plus fees. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased in select sections. Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket.

Fans will have the opportunity to enjoy rodeo action at the ballpark in a safe and controlled environment. Dell Diamond will operate at a limited capacity to ensure guests have the space they need to remain socially distant. The seating bowl has been reconfigured to maintain social distancing between guests. Physical barriers are in place to enforce the restrictions on the field and in the seating bowl.

Per Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s Executive Order, face coverings are required for individuals age 10 and older in public areas. Guests will be required to wear masks at Dell Diamond while entering, exiting and moving around the ballpark. Guests may remove masks when sitting in their ticketed seat/pod.

Refund Policy

Bulls in the Ballpark will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather.

In the event of an event cancellation, customers who purchased through the Dell Diamond ticketing system (, whether online or via telephone, will be refunded less ticket-related service fees ($5.50 per ticket).

Refunds will be issued to customers in response to the customer’s personal COVID-19 health concerns. Refund requests must be made via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time. Refunds will be issued less ticket-related service fees ($5.50 per ticket).
