Join Rodeo Austin for a special evening called Rooted in Grit: Virtual Gala. This exclusive experience will include a silent auction, musical performances by Aaron Watson and Kevin Fowler, interviews with special guests and a look back at our favorite Rodeo Austin moments, all in support of our mission. Best of all this event is open to all friends of Rodeo Austin. The virtual event will be FREE to view, and there are exclusive contributor packages for purchase that include a delivered meal and party pack.

How to Participate
Attend the Livestream
The Virtual Gala Livestream will be FREE to attend and is open to all friends of Rodeo Austin. Simply provide your name, email address and phone number to register by 2/26 at 5:30pm.

Rooted In Grit: Virtual Gala is replacing the in person Gala we typically hold in February. There are plenty of ways you can support Rodeo Austin and our mission to grow the next generation. How to Register 
By desktop, tablet or smartphone
- Click Register
- Enter the required information.
- Click Create my GiveSmart Account.
By text
- Text our campaign keyword ROOTEDINGRIT to 76278.
- Follow the prompts from the texts received.
You must register to place bids, purchases, or make a donation. Once registered, click the blue link within the Welcome text message or personal link button from within the Welcome email to access the campaign.
How to Bid
By desktop, tablet or smartphone
- Access the campaign – Click the blue link within the Welcome text or personal link button from within the Welcome email.
- Choose item – From our Home page, click “Items” , browse or use the dropdown menu to view categories, then select an item.
- Choose amount – Use the pre-populated minimum bid or enter a higher amount.
Auto bid – Select AUTO BID, enter the highest amount you are willing to bid. The system will place minimum bids for you as needed until your designated amount. - Click Bid
By text
- Text item number – Reply to your welcome text by texting an item number. A text with the item details and minimum bid amount will be sent.
- Text item number and bid amount. Example: “102 300” then press send.
Outbid Notification: You will receive a text message if you are outbid.
