Donations of any amount ensure that we can continue bringing real western experiences to our community all while helping the kids of Texas.
Livestock and horse show exhibitors are eligible to receive refunds. Visit here for refund information. Please note that for the Junior Livestock Show, only ASTs and CEAs may request the refund.
Any customer who purchased tickets directly from Rodeo Austin, Eventbrite.com, or from our sales call center may request a refund for ProRodeo & Concert, Fairgrounds, Kick Open the Chutes, Carnival or Daily Parking tickets.
All refund requests must be made by the purchaser on record. If you purchased tickets through a third-party ticket provider, please contact that company directly for information.
The deadline to submit a refund request is Thursday, April 16, 2020. Requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of submission. If you do not complete a form by April 16, 2020, you will not receive a refund.
We know the cancellation of our event is disappointing and inconvenient. We thank you for your support and patience, and we look forward to bringing you another exciting year of rodeo action in 2021!

Refund form will be released very soon via email and on this page with a deadline for customer submission. Those who do not complete a form by the deadline will not receive a refund.
Public health and safety remain Rodeo Austin's top priority. At the direction of City of Austin and Travis County officials, Rodeo Austin is heartbroken that 2020 events have been canceled. Rodeo Austin will respectfully comply with the public officials' orders in an effort to keep the safety and well-being of our community at the forefront.
Canceling our event is extremely difficult for fans, volunteers, exhibitors, rodeo athletes, donors, contractors and everyone involved. Since 1938, Rodeo Austin has been a mission with a rodeo that has brought heritage and entertainment to our community while raising millions for Texas kids.
