Rob joins Rodeo Austin after spending the past decade serving as founding Principal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Live Oak Gottesman. Rob's career has been dedicated to leadership roles and can be described by one common theme - taking organizations to new heights. Katy was born and raised in Austin, Texas.  She attended St. Edward's University and recieved a degree in Marketing and Finance.  Over the last 14 years she has worked in many areas of Rodeo Austin, but the mission of providing scholarships is what drives her each day.  Currently Katy serves as a Senior Manager working closely with Sponsorship, Marketing and Rodeo Production.  Katy and her husband Houston have two adorable children, Brooke and Cooper, that keep them busy at all times. katy@rodeoaustin.com

Jennie Glenn grew up in Georgetown, Texas and received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Texas in 2004. She started with Rodeo Austin in 2006 and has served in many different capacities including Marketing, Membership, Ticket Sales, Scholarships, Finance, Operations and fundraising. Jennie most enjoys getting to work with the 100+ current scholars who receive Rodeo Austin scholarship funds to attend college. Born outside of Burlington, Vermont, Katie calls Corvallis, Oregon home. She earned her bachelor's in Equine Science as a Colorado State University Ram. She oversees the Competitive Events, Acts and Exhibits departments. Vanessa grew up in upstate New York, but moved with her family to the great state of Texas just as soon as she could. Vanessa received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in 2009 then moved back to Georgetown where she began working with Rodeo Austin. After nearly nine years, she is still loving every minute of it.  Vanessa currently manages the HR Department and serves at the assistant to Rob but where her true passion in life lies is with working alongside nearly 1,000+ volunteers annually.  In all of her free time, you can find Vanessa "moming" it up with her sweet son, Teddy.  vanessa@rodeoaustin.com

Julie Beck grew up in Ballinger, Texas, as an avid 4-Her and daughter of a County Extension Agent.  With an Agricultural Economics degree from Texas A&M University, Julie found her way to Washington, DC, where she worked for 10 years in agriculture, animal and food policy.  In 2014, Julie made the move back to Texas to be closer to family and to get back to her Texas roots.  At Rodeo Austin, Julie serves as the Ticket Coordinator, managing ticket operations and working closely with many hard-working volunteers to plan the Rodeo Austin Gala. julie@rodeoaustin.com

Presley is from the small town of Axtell, Texas, and grew up around the rodeo industry. She received her Bachelor’s in Agricultural Communications & Journalism from Texas A&M University. At Rodeo Austin, Presley serves as the Sponsorship Coordinator, managing relationships with Rodeo Austin's corporate sponsors. She also contracts and coordinates the entertainment for Rodeo Austin, and assists with rodeo production. Born and raised a Texan, Hollye grew up in the small town of Waskom in north east Texas. After making the move to central Texas in 2008, she earned her Bachelor’s in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M University.  Serving as Exhibits Coordinator, Hollye contracts and coordinates all food vendors, commercial exhibitors and acts for Rodeo Austin. Alyssa was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio where she attended Wittenberg University and received her Bachelor's degree in Business. Alyssa's love for the rodeo industry lead her to the great state of Texas shortly after graduating college in 2015. As Executive Assistant/ Operations Admin, Alyssa manages day-to-day office operations while serving as the liasion to the Shoot Out Sporting Clay Tournament, BBQ Auction & Concert and BBQ Austin committees. Richard was born and raised in Arizona then honorably joined the Coast Guard as an Aviation Maintenance Technician.  Travelling across the United States, Richard has gained a wealth of knowledge in leadership, communication and safety.  Richard is the Field Operations Manager where he works closley with staff and volunteers on events year round. Sara was born and raised in Saugerties, New York.  She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University and her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut.  Before joining Rodeo Austin, Sara was the Controller and CFO for a small investment management company in Boston, MA.  In May 2016 she moved to Austin with her husband Reuben, their two children, Jacob and Jack, their dog Max and their cats Liam and Owen.  In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Sara@rodeoaustin.com

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Alyssa actively participated in 4-H during grade school years, showing rabbits, competing in photography and junior livestock judging. With a strong interest in design, Alyssa attended Texas State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Communication Design. After graduation in 2014, Alyssa was employed as a marketing coordinator for a commercial construction firm. She traded in her hard hat for a cowboy hat and now serves as Rodeo Austin's Graphics Coordinator. Youth Events & Auctions Coordinator

Ashley was raised in Beaumont, Texas. She graduated in 2016 from Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science and interned at Rodeo Austin for two shows. Her responsibilities include Youth Auction, Youth Art Show, Calf Scramble, School Tours and Agricultural Education. She works closely with Auction buyers, calf scramble contributors and is passionate about giving back to hard-working students across Texas and public agricultural education. Rachel is originally from Tomball, TX and grew up showing cattle, sheep and horses. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Animal Science. She previously interned for Rodeo Austin in the Competitive Events department. At Rodeo Austin, Rachel oversees the Livestock Show, Horse Show and Calf Scramble. Amy is originally from St. Louis, MO,  studied at Purdue and University of Arizona, and has lived in many cities before making Austin her home. Amy has spent her career in fundraising and marketing, helping non-profits and for-profits make the world a better place. In her role as Sr. Development Specialist, Amy will identify new ways to raise funds, develop partnerships and steward relationships to achieve support for the mission. Taylor resides in Round Rock and comes to us from Texas State University, with a degree in Business Management. Taylor serves as the Volunteer Outreach Coordinator, and helps hundreds of Rodeo Austin volunteers find the right place to give their time and talent.
