CEO – Bucky Lamb

The buck stops here: Bucky oversees all functions of the organization and rustles up lofty goals and bold visions for the future making Rodeo Austin the third largest economic driver in Austin. His motto is dream big and make it happen.

Senior Manager – Katy Berdoll

Katy works closely with our top partners to produce a one-of-a-kind, family friendly event for more than 300,000 people. She has a role in most all aspects of the organization – our very own Jill of all trades!

Senior Manager – Johnny Philipello

From livestock to carnival, Johnny is preserving western heritage and growing competitive events. Also the resident IT guy, he pushes the envelope and keeps the organization on the cutting edge.

Marketing Manager – Jennie Richmond

Jennie makes sure the message gets out that Rodeo Austin is the entertainment destination for Texas and beyond and a top non-profit. Rodeo Austin’s cheerleader!

Competitive Events Coordinator – Jessie Weisinger

Jessie makes running the nation’s 8th largest junior livestock show look easy by hosting more than 6,000 entries each year. Lambs and Turkeys and Barrows, oh my!

Entertainment Coordinator – Christy Bowen

Christy will keep your feet tapping to the more than 100 bands that she books during the Fair & Rodeo. And don’t forget those adorable racing pigs and the hilarious dog riding cowboy monkey!

Exhibits Coordinator – Lindsay Clarke

Lindsay brings the most delicious fair food, best shopping and Austin’s largest carnival to the Fairgrounds each year. Her favorite fair food? Corn dogs of course!

Controller – Tammy Major

Tammy is all about bucks – Scholarship bucks! She runs the financial components of the non-profit including awarding millions in college scholarships.

Operations Coordinator – Stephen Kosub

Stephen is the honorary mayor of the small city we call the Fairgrounds. From Rockin’ A Ranch to the carnival, he meticulously orchestrates grounds set up and layout.

Ticket Coordinator – Chesley House

Everyone’s best friend, Chesley runs the rodeo and concert ticket programs. She also produces the 6th largest indoor regular season ProRodeo filled with heart stopping action.

Executive Assistant – Courtney Bunte

Courtney coordinates executive functions as well as the volunteer membership program: over 1,000 folks who help make the event possible!

Administrative Assistant – Tammy Tijerina

Tammy works to keep our 70+ corporate sponsors in the spotlight, branding our events with national and local companies.
